New placement test regulation

 

From March 2023

As a student with previous knowledge of a particular foreign language, you can take a placement test once at our Language Center. A second participation in a placement test in the same language is technically possible, but the result of the second test will only be counted if there is a valid reason for a second test (e.g. longer stay abroad). Please consult the respective head of the language section, as they must arrange for the second test result to be evaluated:

• Head of German as a Foreign Language
• Head of English
• Head of Modern Languages

You need your RWTH username (TIM-Code) and the corresponding password to take part in the test.
